We'll legalise your property and apply for your AL License on your behalf.
For a flat fee of 300 Euros, we supply and install all Emergency Equipment.
24/7 Suppport
Our team of experienced hosts, cleaners and maintenance professionals are available for you, and your guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Pre-Inspection & Consultation
We'll visit you at home and offer a consultation on Linen, Crockery and guest essentials for a 5 Star rating every single time.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Rest easy that all of the cleaning and laundry is taken care of between each booking.
Pool Cleaning and Garden Maintenance is available as additional services.
Property Registration & Photography
We'll create custom profiles on Airbnb, Booking.com and others, with professional photos so your property stands out from the crowd.
SEF Reporting & Regional Statistics
We'll register each guest with SEF (a legal requirement for your AL) and Direção Regional de Estatística da Madeira - The department for Tourism Statistics
